Kitara FC Moves to the Summit of Uganda Premier League 

The 2023/24 Stanbic Uganda Cup Champions Kitara FC  beat Entebbe UPPC 2-0 to move the top of the Uganda Premier League   at the Royals Park, Butema on Tuesday, March 3rd, 2026.

Today, the Royals repeated the feat where  Gaddafi Wahab and Living Kabon who was marking his return to the club for his second stint scored a goal each in either half to run away with all three points and Entebbe’s  eight match clean sheet.

The result  takes Kitara top of the table on 39 points, one ahead of Vipers who face Lugazi later on at St. Mary’s Stadium, Kitende.

Thirteen times Uganda Premier League champions Kampala Capital City Authority FC 

The 2024 Uganda Premier League top scorer Ivan Ahimbisibwe bagged a brace Thirteen times Uganda Premier League champions Kampala Capital City Authority Football Club (KCCA FC) to beat Buhimba Saints 2-0  at the Royals Park, Butema.

Coach Brian Ssenyondo made one change from the team that played Mbarara City in the Uganda Cup with Herbert Achayi returning from injury and starting ahead of Umar Lutalo.
