Entering the final day under immense pressure, Blacks Power FC secured a crucial 0-0 draw away against Onduparaka FC at the Green Light Stadium.
The hard-fought point pushed them to 55 points, sealing the league title and an immediate return to the top flight.

Joining the champions in the Uganda Premier League next season are:-
Ntugasaze FC (53 pts). The side secured a dominant 3-0 away win against Kiyinda Boys FC to lock down second place.
Kataka FC (51 pts). Kataka delivered under pressure with a comprehensive 2-0 away victory against Soltilo Bright Stars FC to secure third.
Kigezi Homeboyz FC (51 pts). Despite a tense 1-0 home loss to CATDA FC, they edged out Paidha Black Angels SC on goal difference (+14 vs +10) to miraculously claim the final promotion spot.
The Heartbreak: Four Teams relegated
