Express Exorcise Red Devo to Seal Uganda Cup Quarter finals Spot

East African Hedex Super Cup champions Express FC walloped Amolatar District’s Red Devo 4-0 during the last game of the Round of 16 stage played at Hamz Stadium to complete the last eight teams standing in this year’s Stanbic Uganda Cup.

Kenneth Kimera a January acquisition from Uganda Premier League champions Vipers (on loan) came off the bench to score a brace under two minutes in the 88th and 89th minutes.

Henry Wamala, and another substitute, Herbert Assimwe, also scoring a goal apiece to complete score for Express Christened as the Red Eagles to march into the last eight.

Express now joins holders Vipers, KCCA, URA, Kitara, Happy Boys Kagaba, NEC and Sports Club Villa at the quarterfinal stage.
